Radically Change Your Pattern

In this podcast, Russell telling that we have to change something in our daily routine and check what’s impact it gives.

I’m the person who works with the same as daily routing and my daily schedule is the same. I wake up and just go for the bath and drink warm water and watch some emails. Then after that, I use Facebook and check people what they doing, and what they are posting, what course they enrolling their self. After that I wishing some people their birthday.

After that, I just check my WhatsApp and check all messages and I reply to them. After that, I check all stats what is the stats that I got for my Facebook post, by Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Medium also. Check all out a story that I put on my account and find who the new one who watch my story.

Then After that, I have started creating my content for this Marketing Secrets Documentary and spend time to write it and after that share it as much as I can. In the afternoon I watch some videos about new strategies and little research about what I want to do. Then I lunch in the afternoon and consult with friends on Facebook and try to connect with new friends on Facebook, Also I start to find my ideal customer on Facebook. Then at night, I start reading the book. I start meditation for 10 minutes.

It is my daily schedule that I’m doing.

Now, I will change somethings radically in my daily routine.

I see a lot of people who are doing the same things means they work with their daily schedule and regularly they’re doing the same.

But We forget to change something in our routine that makes our day more interesting and feels more energetic in a whole day.

We have to change something in our daily routine, You can change anything like somethings that you didn’t do you can start doing that thing and check what the result comes, what impact they give on your daily routine.

If you not eating some then eat that thing that you want to eat.
If you want to start a gym or want to start exercise then start.
If you didn’t swim then start swimming regularly and add these small things to your daily routine.

Check what result you get with these changes.
